WHY RISE

  

RISE Webmax Incubation Centre (RISE‑WIC) adopts a Hub‑and‑Spoke model anchored by a Deep‑Tech Studio in Bhubaneswar. Its four verticals: Research, Innovation, Startups and Entrepreneurship (RISE), jointly aim to engage, empower and enhance academic institutions and rural youth across Tier‑3 and Tier‑4 districts of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. This strategy lays out distinct goals, programs, and milestones for each vertical while maximising cross‑sector synergies through shared infrastructure, mentors and digital platforms.

Foster academic research through digital tools, publishing support, and collaborations.

Encourage design thinking, hackathons, and low-cost prototyping.

Startup

Provide virtual incubation, mentorship, seed funding guidance, and demo day exposure. 

Entrepreneurship

Train youth in business model development, financial literacy, and real-world entrepreneurship practices.
